This role blends engine component and cylinder head repair scope into one senior-level position designed to attract experienced diesel technicians from marine, power generation, and heavy industrial backgrounds. You will be trusted to take ownership of complex repair jobs, make sound technical decisions, and mentor less experienced technicians while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
