Reporting to the Cincinnati Children’s President & Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Steve Davis, the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Patient Services and Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) will serve as the executive leader of nursing and allied health at the enterprise level, while further advancing the team’s commitment to elevate patient care, empower the workforce and embrace innovation that improves pediatric health. The SVP of Patient Services and CNE must strategically align patient services with enterprise-level objectives, continue to build the workforce of the future, embrace digital and technology transformation, sustain outstanding patient outcomes and foster the institution’s academic mission through internal and external partnerships. As a member of the eleven-person Executive Team, this individual will provide strategic input at the highest level. As Cincinnati Children’s is actively expanding its regional, national and global presence, the SVP of Patient Services and CNE will embrace opportunities presented by this growth.
