Support Engineer (Internal Only) Classification & Countermeasures – Any UK Offices (Hybrid) The Role: We’re seeking a Support Engineer to join the TNT team, whose primary responsibility is development and maintenance of the Takedown service. This role will increase both the engineering and support capacity of the team , allowing the team to move more quickly and provide a higher quality support experience to internal stakeholders across the business. Day to day, your responsibilities will include: team members encountered by internal stakeholders This position can be based in any of our Bath, London or Manchester offices. - Contributing to the development of the Takedown service, by working on well-defined and structured tasks with help and guidance from more senior - Participating in the team’s support rota, to answer questions and fix bugs - Enhancing documentation around processes within the Takedown system, to improve the experience of both external and internal users - Helping to drive process improvements through automation and workflow optimisation To Be Successful, You’ll Need: - A strong knowledge of the Takedown system and how it interact s wit h other Netcraft services:...
