Highlights of the role We’re looking for a strategic and people-centered Talent Acquisition leader to oversee the recruiting team at EPCOR USA. In this role, you’ll guide a high‑performing team, strengthen our recruitment tools and processes, and deliver programs that support our growth across the U.S. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders and partners across the organization to drive meaningful improvements, champion an inclusive candidate experience, and ensure our Talent Acquisition function operates with excellence.
