You care about visual polish and interaction details — and you bring ideas, energy, and curiosity to the work, not just execution. You'll design experiences for our Hiring product that help owners trust AI-powered candidate matching, simplify job creation, and make the review process feel fast and confident — not like a guessing game. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering to ship, iterate, and improve — supported by a Senior Design Manager and Senior Designers who are invested in helping you level up.
