Treasury – Operation Payment Specialist (EMEA)

Job description

The Treasury – Operation Payment Specialist plays a key role in supporting the disbursement of Payments for the EMEA region as well as assisting with the management of the organization’s financial assets and operations. This role focuses on the disbursement of cash and processing payment for the region. The role will assist with cash management, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Payment Disbursement: - Process the weekly AP payment batches and release them to bank. - Input and management of manual payment requests. - Process of payment on multiple ERP’s including SAP & Business Central. - Enter and execute fund transfers, payments, and settlements accurately and in a timely manner. - Compile and manage the End-to-End payment processing procedures. - Maintain and ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures to safeguard assets. - Work with Treasury Director & Treasury Analyst to ensure optimal liquidity for the Region. - Investigate payments Forecasting and Analysis: - Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to support liquidity management. - Conduct variance ana...
