Learning & Development Specialist (3-Year Fixed-Term Contract) Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Corporate Services | Type: Fixed-Term Contract Shape impactful learning experiences that empower people and drive business success. The Role: Capco is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our UK team in London on a 3-year fixed-term contract. This role plays an important part in delivering high-quality learning experiences that support both individual growth and business priorities. Operating as an internal consultancy, the L&D function partners closely with the business to attract, develop, and retain talent. In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of key programmes, including induction and leadership development, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Capco’s culture, values, and strategic goals.
