Physician and Advanced Practice Recruiter The ideal candidate will support the growth of Atlantic Health Physician and Advanced Practice Recruitment Team by managing logistics of the physician experience from training through sourcing and finally during their visit process to result in more cost-effective, expeditious and successful placement and retention of highly qualified physicians. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. - Recruit for vacant Physician and Advanced Practice Provider positions and other roles within the organization as assigned. - Actively support sourcing including creation of marketing job posting, targeted email campaigns, target text messaging campaigns, direct outreach on systems like LinkedIn and/or Doximity. - Establish and maintain effective partnering relationships with assigned departments, specifically Service Line Leadership and AMG Directors of Operation, to ensure their hiring and retention goals and objectives are achieved. - Cultivate relationships with employed physicians and APPs to support retention and expans...
