What You’ll Do: You will coordinate the dispatch of emergency roadside services (ERS) to our customers through our outside vendors, playing a key role during time-sensitive situations. You will ensure the highest level of customer service is provided by tracking ERS calls, communicating clearly with customers and vendors, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs. Depending on location, this may include dispatching a tow truck or replacement vehicle and preparing and compiling reports to support operational performance.
