JOB SUMMARY: The Associate HR Business Partner will work with the VP Global Operations (Europe & Pakistan) in supporting the business as it pertains to Recruitment & Retention, Talent Development & Management and Employee Engagement and Relations. This position reports into the Regional HR Director located in Singapore, and will be part of the Global HR Team. People and Culture: - Associate Engagement: Take and maintain pulse of the organization through informal and formal associate surveys. Provide recommendations to leaders about strengthening engagement. Implement those recommendations that are agreed upon - Associate Relations: Consult with and coach managers and associates on all aspects of associate-related issues including performance concerns, policies and procedures interpretation, misconduct investigations and terminations - Culture: Maintain the company's People First culture by fostering a positive work environment for all associates, adhering to policies and procedures, as well as managing associate recognition programs Coaching & Consulting: - Provide advice and counsel to business leaders on a wide array of considerations including team design, team dynamics, retenti...
