Job Summary: We are looking for a Maintenance Manager that will oversee and manage the maintenance and housekeeping team. This person will plan, schedule, and manage all maintenance activities and work to ensure the all workers meet Aluminum Precision Products’ expectations. Job Requirements: - Responsible for the maintenance of all equipment and facilities - Ensures all planned maintenance is performed in a timely manner - Work on upgrading or replacing old equipment for continuous improvement - Instructs and directs work activities of maintenance and housekeeping employees in assigned work area - Perform personnel functions such as selection, training, or evaluation - Work to ensure compliance with government agencies, (AQMD, OCHCA, OCSD, WQCB, etc.) - Ensure adherence to APP’s policies and pr...
