Job Description: Position Title: EHS Manager Location: Fort Wayne (Onsite): Reporting to: Site Operations Director: Position Summary: The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining EHS policies, practices and Roadmaps in Fort Wayne Operations. This role will have a leadership presence within the factory area while also coaching site leadership teams. The EHS Manager will work closely with the operational management team to develop line management EHS capability and the implementation of good people management practices through advising on complex operational and technical EHS matters, while coaching and mentoring all levels of the Operations teams. This will be a very high demanding position and will suit a person who has a passion to make a difference in highly successful, dynamic global company.
