What You’ll Do: Financial planning : Partner with the co-founder and finance team to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting - translating numbers into clear insights that inform leadership decisions. Talent Acquisition : Own and professionalize the end-to-end hiring process, from workforce planning and sourcing strategy to candidate experience and offer management, ensuring we attract and close top talent at pace. People development : Support the build-out of a high-performing organization - working with founders and team leads on headcount planning, onboarding, and the structures needed to scale the team effectively.
