About the role: The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional service and support for our range of mineral processing and weighing equipment. Responsibilities: Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and process improvement tasks. Conduct inspections, testing, problem identification, and root cause analysis. Support Aftermarkets Technical Support Reps and Customer Service Representatives. Prepare scopes of work for ongoing customer maintenance. Promote Sandvik products and services. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment design and process upgrades.
