We have an opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join their team of staff in the Pharmacy department. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. Duties of this role include: - Work primarily in the Pharmacy department while spending considerable time on the wards, fully integrated within the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive pharmacy services for patients. - Deliver patient-centered medicines management through daily clinical ward visits to specialised areas. - Conduct the Medicines Reconciliation for admitted patients, following agreed CHG and departmental guidelines. - Reviewing prescriptions...
