Job description

Role Summary The Supervisor Supplier Analyst is responsible for overseeing the performance, health, and operational excellence of a large and diverse supplier portfolio (approx. 200 suppliers) while supervising and mentoring Supplier Analysts . This is a hybrid leadership and hands‑on role that combines supplier performance management, data‑driven insights, and risk‑based prioritization with day‑to‑day analyst responsibilities. The role operates at the intersection of Category Management, Supplier Management , and Business Units , ensuring alignment to global sourcing strategies, compliance standards, and business continuity objectives. While accountable for supervisory oversight, the Supervisor Supplier Analyst remains actively involved in analytics, supplier engagement, and escalation management.
