Investment Distribution & Governance Lead Country: Switzerland: The Investment Sales & Distribution Lead operates at the forefront of the Bank’s client offering, shaping the strategic direction and commercial success of the investment platform in close partnership with the Chief Investment Office. The role is responsible for driving the distribution strategy across a comprehensive range of investment solutions—including Advisory, Discretionary Portfolio Management, Alternatives, Funds, and Structured Products—ensuring the offering remains highly competitive, relevant, and aligned with evolving client needs. It plays a central role in translating investment capabilities into compelling client propositions that support asset growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation. Working closely with senior commercial stakeholders, the role actively supports client engagement by ensuring clear articulation of investment strategies, consistency of messaging, and high standards of sales effectiveness.
