Job Description Summary As part of GE Vernova Wind Engineering, the Blade subsystem team has responsibility for the design and support of wind blade components and systems. In this role on the Blade Integration & Management team you will work with experts in composite wind blade design, as well as support cross-functional teams in manufacturing and fleet support. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Leads cross-functional project teams; owning project schedule, resource planning, and execution following GEV Wind Engineering procedures. - Alignment with cross-functional Functional Managers to ensure agreement on prioritization of activities and critical deliverable dates. - Ensures that multi-functional projects integrate properly within the product/program. Optimize team performance across the program value chain, functionally and technically. - Ability to proactively manage cross-functional interdependencies to maximize team efficiency and avoid gaps/delays in mid to long-term execution.
