The Fab & Weld Production Supervisor is responsible for providing direct supervision to production employees in the Fab & Weld department including work scheduling and assignments, employee training, ensuring production quality and quantity requirements are met, evaluating staffing needs, communication, teambuilding, etc. Basic Function: Must possess thorough and relevant product knowledge of fabrication, forming, and welding. - Must foster a Behavior Based Safety Culture by influencing employees actions towards safer outcomes, ideally by preventing an accident or injury before it occurs. - Must possess creativity/adaptability to successfully manage Department to effectively address changing business conditions and to achieve objectives. - Must provide effective management of subordinates to achieve desired results.
