Description Slots Key Attendant – Wendover $13.00 / hr + tips The Slots Key Attendant complies with all company and departmental policies. Provides friendly, courteous and efficient service to customers in assigned area(s); through teamwork with floor cashiers, ensure prompt response to all customers’ needs. Must be 21 years of age or older. Position works between Wendover Nugget Hotel & Casino and Red Garter Hotel & Casino. In this role you will: - Safeguard company assets at all times. - Circulate assigned slot machine area. - Ensure great customer service and prompt response to customer needs at all times in tandem with other team members. - Prepare or approve all slot payout vouchers for fills and jackpots. - Assist in resolving all customer disputes. - Observe strict confidentiality in regards to company matters. - Make minor repairs and adjustments to slot machines as needed. - Clean interior/exterior of slot machines. - Answer customer complaints and questions regarding slot machines within his/her authority and ability to do so. - Create a friendly atmosphere for guests and coworkers. - Perform related and/or other duties as required.
