Description Working alongside management, the Dispatcher schedules, manages and ensures the safe and on-time delivery of Mack’s precast concrete products. In this position dispatchers act as the on-site customer service representative, performs several job tracking/organizing responsibilities, and has a willingness to learn new skills. Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 4:00 pm Paid Weekly: Essential Functions: - Responsible for scheduling delivery in accordance with customers’ needs while complying with state and local trucking regulations. - Leads initiatives focused on the improvement of delivery and customer service. - Act as onsite customer service representative. - Keep the team up to date with customer feedback, both negative and positive. - Perform a wide range of administrative duties. - Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to assist the successful delivery processes. - Serve as the primary delivery scheduling point of contact and liaison with sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments. - Willingness to develop new skills and progress current skills.
