Due to tremendous growth, we are looking for an Installation Manager to manage our Installation POSITION SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to maintain, manage, and improve the Production department and its personnel and processes within an assigned territory. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Recruits, hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and when necessary, terminates Installation Technicians, Warehouse and Detail/Service Technicians, and Helpers. Conducts in house training of new employees the first week of their employment. 2. Schedules detail measures and installations, assigns work to installation personnel on a daily basis, and communicates scheduling needs and changes with the Corporate Scheduling Department. 3. Reviews and signs off on the previous day’s installations, measure runs and completed services prior to the submission of the morning report to Corporate. 4.
