Job Title: HRIS Analyst I Department: Human Resources – Payroll / Benefits FLSA Status: Hourly Reports To: HRIS & Payroll Manager Position Summary: The HRIS Analyst supports Payroll and Benefits operations through reporting, data analysis, and system support. This role is responsible for creating and analyzing reports, ensuring data accuracy, following established SOPs, and applying analytical thinking to resolve issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
