Purpose: Leads and oversees Canadian Banking and Wealth Management Compliance Testing in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Accountabilities: - Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. - Accountable for overseeing and executing Testing for Canadian Banking and Canadian Wealth Management (CB & WM), which includes assessing the design and operating effectiveness of compliance controls, and adherence to Regulatory requirements as well as Bank’s internal standards, policies and procedures - Works closely with the Director - Testing, along with other Compliance partners to develop, support and execute the testing program - Participates in the development of the Annual Test plan in coordination with local compliance counterparts, first line (1B) and internal audit, including tracking and reporting of testing completion agai...
