We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our growing Risk and Response-Inquiry team. TikTok's Privacy and Data Protection Office Inquiry Program is the central function responsible for managing regulatory inquiries, government requests, and enforcement-adjacent engagements across TikTok's global operations. We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Inquiry team and take ownership of inquiry case management, regulatory response coordination, and program-level initiatives that strengthen TikTok's compliance posture. You will be embedded in a high-stakes regulatory environment, working on live inquiries with external visibility, and contributing directly to how TikTok engages with regulators globally The right candidate brings strong project management discipline, familiarity with privacy and data protection frameworks, and the communication skills to operate effectively across Legal, Policy, Engineering, and senior leadership, across multiple time zones.
