Location : Pittsburgh, PA Pay : $30.00 – $33.00 per hour Schedule : Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) JOB OVERVIEW: We are hiring a Triage Analyst to support Autonomy and Operations teams by reviewing, annotating, and categorizing events from real-world driving and simulation. This role focuses on analyzing AV data using visualization tools and applying detailed policy guidelines to ensure accurate classification and reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES: REQUIREMENTS: - Collaborate with Autonomy and Operations teams to review events of interest - Annotate events with contextual information following Triage Policy and Guidelines - Categorize events by issue type and priority using visualization tools - Review video, textual, and numerical data to assess AV performance - Process detailed guideline documentation and apply it accurately - Assemble and present performance reports using triage data - Work across internal tools and systems for event review and tracking - Communicate findings clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret detailed guidelines - Experience working in a team-based operational environment - Experienc...
