Description Southwest Christian School is seeking qualified applicants with experience in providing quality care to our students for the 2026-2027 school year. The part-time schedule is Monday-Friday during the school year, from 10:15 AM - 1:15 (lunch monitoring) and 2:00 PM - 3:35 PM (after care services). Position Summary: The School Aide supports the daily operations of the elementary school by providing a safe, nurturing, and well-supervised environment for students during lunch periods and before- and after-school care. This role is essential in promoting positive student behavior, fostering social development, and ensuring the well-being of children outside the classroom setting. School Aides actively monitor students, facilitate structured and unstructured activities, and assist with transitions throughout the day. They model respectful and caring interactions while upholding school policies and procedures.
