Position Title: Senior Accountant (Temp) Studio/Department: Daybreak Games / Accounting / Finance Employee Type: Full Time, Temporary: Location : San Diego, CA Hybrid Salary Range: $28.00/hr - $35.00/hr: Description: - Lead accurate and timely recognition of revenue (subscription, licensing, in-game purchases, etc.) per ASC 606. - Participate in the month-end closing process by posting journal entries to the general ledger. - Assist in the preparation of revenue schedules, forecasts, and KPIs. - Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations. - Assist with financial and tax audits. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit processes related to revenue recognition and tax obligations. - Coordinate more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team and with other departments.
