Job description

Join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract supporting the Central Planning Lead to deliver the end-to-end planning process across Fashion, Home & Beauty. You’ll help drive fully aligned sales and stock plans, ensuring combined Business Unit plans deliver against agreed strategic and commercial objectives. Working cross-functionally from Merchandising and Marketing through to Product Development, Supply Chain and Space Planning, you’ll play a key role in coordinating planning activity, strengthening systems and reporting, and enabling a clear, consolidated FH&B view. We’re looking for a commercially minded, results-focused planner with strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to help power the next phase of our transformation. To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
