This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape how we report, govern and communicate financial performance to our Executive Committee, investors and regulators, while leading a high performing team in a complex, listed environment. What will you be doing?: You will lead the Group Financial Reporting function, owning the end to end delivery of internal management reporting and external statutory and regulatory reporting. Working closely with senior finance leaders and the Group CFO, you will guide the production of monthly ExCo reporting, oversee quarterly and annual market disclosures, and ensure our consolidated accounts meet the highest standards of accuracy, governance and control.Alongside technical leadership, you will develop and inspire your team, strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance, partner with auditors and the Audit Committee, and provide trusted expertise on complex accounting matters including acquisitions and restructurings.
