Job description

General Summary Identifies, qualifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards a portfolio of donors and prospects who can give $10,000+ annually, and/or who are interested in a planned gift. Develops and implements moves management plans for each assigned donor. Works as part of an integrated philanthropy team to develop best practice philanthropic strategies, builds a culture of philanthropy at WellSpan and develops standard and efficient processes and practices. Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: - Identifies, qualifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards major and planned giving donors and prospects, including grateful patients, community leaders, system leaders, and physicians. - Implements moves management plans for top Major Giving/Planned Giving prospects. Develops and implements prospect research. Participates as a member of the systemwide donor cultivation/solicitation/stewardship strategy team. - Maintains meaningful relationships with approximately 50-60 Major Giving/Planned Giving donors and prospects to advance their relationship with the Foundation, tracking contacts, visits, solicitations, and important donor information in the Raisers Edge donor database....
