Job description

Overview The Supplier Development group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team and drive performance to attain the Navy’s desired 1 COLUMBIA + 2 VIRGINIA annual production rate. The group is responsible for managing the Submarine Industrial Base (SIB) Supplier Development efforts as well as providing cross-functional support for other supply base initiatives aimed at increasing submarine industrial base capacity and capability to ensure suppliers are able to meet increased production requirements. The chosen individual will support the efforts of a large enterprise team, including EB Purchasing, Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Strategic Sourcing, as well as liaison with subcontractors and the Navy Submarine Industrial Base team. Strong communication, project management, and consensus building skills are required.
