General Operative Application Deadline: 15 May 2026: Department: Operations: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Grantham: Reporting To: Cooling Recycling Manager: Compensation: £13.05 - £13.34 / hour Description: As a General Operative at ENVA, based in Grantham, you will play a key role in the recycling and processing of Small Domestic Appliances and fridges. You will be responsible for handling, sorting, dismantling, and preparing electronic waste and refrigeration units for further recycling or disposal, adhering to safety and environmental regulations. This position contributes to ENVA's sustainability efforts by promoting efficient waste management and recycling practices. Key Responsibilities: This is not an exhaustive list.
