Job Description: dentsuX is seeking a Director, Growth to join our team. In this hybrid position, you will report to our SVP, Growth and work closely with leadership across the growth organization. The primary office location is New York City, and we are also open to candidates in Chicago. Responsibilities : Harmonize the pitch team from day one. You will assign roles and responsibilities within your team by embracing and empowering your team members' strengths, diverse backgrounds, interests, and learning styles to sustain a high-performing media growth team that thrives internally and delivers positive results for its internal stakeholders and clients. You will ensure the team is well-grounded in the pitch process. Manage the day-to-day growth team, ensuring the team is running the pitch process to agency expectations and is achieving designated tasks daily (such as backgrounders, database updates). You will keep the pitch team accountable to each other and to the story/solution we are solving.
