About the role: As a Gourmet Sales Manager for Romania, you will be responsible for driving Barry Callebaut’s growth in the gourmet segment by building strong customer relationships, managing distributors, and expanding our presence across the country. You will play a key role in shaping our market strategy, identifying new opportunities and positioning our brands with excellence. This role combines hands-on field activity with strategic commercial leadership, working closely with the SEE Gourmet Sales Director and regional marketing teams.. Key responsibilities: - Promote Barry Callebaut’s gourmet portfolio through regular customer visits (confectioners, pastry shops, bakeries, hotels, restaurants). - Assess customer needs and recommend the right products, solutions and services. - Respond to inquiries, negotiate within defined authority levels and close sales to meet revenue targets. - Identify and acquire new customers, distributors and business partners to strengthen the distribution network. - Manage distributors in how they supply, sell and promote BC brands; coordinate Trade Marketing and Technical activities. - Build Chef‑to‑Chef relationships and engage in chef association...
