Our associates celebrate lives. We celebrate our associates. This supervisor position provides administrative assistance and oversees the daily duties and staff for the Monument Processing Center. The position requires managing the process of orders in variable stages and reporting deficiencies to market leadership. This includes supervising designated Monument Processor Specialists, insuring completion / delivery of open orders, coordination activities with cemeteries, vendors, customer and SCI associate stakeholders, periodic progress and revenue reporting, maintaining and updating the Monument Tracking System (MTS) and providing ongoing associate training for the program.
