Brunel is a global recruitment and workforce solutions business supporting some of the most significant engineering and technical projects in the world. In Australia, our Defence division partners with leading primes, shipbuilders and sovereign capability programs across maritime, land and aerospace. We’re looking for a Client Development Manager, someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating long-term partnerships. You might come from recruitment, the Defence industry, or another commercial environment. What matters most is your ability to connect with people and deliver outcomes. What you’ll do: - Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on Defence and adjacent industries including maritime, land systems, aerospace and sustainment. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across primes, integrators, OEMs and Tier 1 contractors. - Identify upcoming projects, tender opportunities and panel arrangements for workforce supply. - Work closely with Brunel’s delivery teams to provide tailored recruitment and workforce solutions that meet client needs. - Represent Brunel at industry events, networking functions...
