The Total Rewards Enablement Lead is a senior individual contributor within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE), serving as the primary Workday Compensation subject matter expert for the organization. This role is accountable for enabling high‑quality, scalable delivery of global compensation programs through expert ownership of Workday Compensation processes, governance, and system optimization.
