Role Summary The Advice Portfolio Construction team is hiring an Engineering Manager at the M3 level. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys flexing both deep technical expertise and people management skills while influencing the direction, evaluation, selection, configuration, implementation, and integration of modern technologies and tools. In this role, you will play an integral part in Vanguard’s goal to grow and scale its Advice offering . As a Product Engineering Manager within the PCT&M , you will lead agile, high-performing engineering teams delivering highly critical, rapidly growing cloud-native platforms that directly enhance advisor productivity and improve the client experience. About the Team & Workstream: The PCT&M supports Vanguard’s Advice business by building and operating mission-critical capabilities that power portfolio design, construction, and advisory workflows.
