Atlantic Health is searching for a detailed and dynamic candidate to join our team as a Materials Representative for their Materials Management Department, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring materials and supplies are received, stored, and delivered accurately and efficiently to support daily operations from Monday - Friday from 7a-3p, and one weekend per month. The Materials Rep plays a vital role in supporting patient care by managing the receipt, inspection, storage, inventory and distribution of medical supplies, equipment, and general materials throughout the healthcare facility. This position helps ensure clinical and non‑clinical departments have the right supplies, in the right place, at the right time, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. In this role, you will be responsible for the shipping, receiving, inspection, storage, inventory, and distribution of a wide variety of materials, equipment, and supplies. You’ll verify incoming shipments by counting and verifying items to ensure accuracy against shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders.
