Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. - Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting. - Experience with database languages (e.g., SQL) or statistical software (e.g., R, Python). Preferred qualifications: - Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, building reporting dashboards. - Combines strong business judgment with the ability to motivate teams and effectively influence senior stakeholders. - Skilled in financial modeling and trend analysis, with the communication skills necessary to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Skilled at working in an unstructured environment, navigating ambiguity, managing multiple assignments simultaneously and bringing clarity and structure as you go. - Track record of partnering across technical, business, and operations departments to drive results. - Desire to work on large, nov...
