Senior UX / UI Designer

Job description

Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer: Requirement: Applicants must have a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Communication, Engineering (any), or related fields. Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. - Contribute to UX strategy development, collaborate with the UX Lead to refine and enhance user experience direction. - Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that balance user needs with business objectives. - Work closely with a UX Researcher to interpret research insights and apply findings to improve the user experience. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with product goals. - Ensure design system consistency, contributing to and evolving design system components for scalable product design. - Advocate for accessibility (WCAG), usability, and best practices throughout the design process. - Partner with developers to ensure accurate and effective implementation of UX/UI designs.
