Role description: The Junior People Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering quality HR administration service to the business, managing requests through People Assist platform, working within defined service level agreements. Perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks, including employee recordkeeping. Often handles sensitive employee and company information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
