JETSET Coconut Grove is looking for a confident, high-vibe instructor to lead a weekly JETSET On The Mat class—an elevated, music-driven Pilates experience designed to mirror the signature flow and intensity of our reformer classes. Our programming is intentionally structured and seamlessly paced, combining Pilates principles with strength-based movement for a sculpting, low-impact, high-burn experience. Instructors are expected to guide clients through a continuous, beat-driven flow with strong cueing, smooth transitions, and a clear, motivating presence. We’re looking for an instructor who brings both precision and personality—someone who can hold the room, connect with clients, and deliver a polished, on-brand experience that feels both challenging and elevated.
