The Director of Maintenance is to provide staff support to Branch and Service Managers in their efforts to control and reduce operating expense of our fleet and increase profit on labor and parts sales. - Assesses present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities of each service department. - Assists the President, Branch Managers and Service Managers in appraising the activities, results, and performance against objectives of each Service Department and recommends corrective action, when applicable. - Ensures that approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied in each Service Department, by reviewing operating plans, programs, maintenance expenses, and equipment condition. - Establishes and maintains positive relationships...
