Market Range: 09 Hiring Salary: $24.79/Hourly: THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN CHATTANOOGA, TN: JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Program Manager 1 of Cardiovascular Disease handles the day-to-day management of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) residency program and fellowship program. This position ensures compliance with non-clinical ACGME accreditation requirements, institutional requirements, American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) requirements, and state and federal regulations. - Provides program leadership to the training program in the absence of the program director. - Manages and distributes the resident call schedule to ensure all faculty and hospitals are aware of which resident is on call at all times. - Manages information about the program, residents, faculty, and staff within the web-based New Innovations residency management system. - Plans and coordinates annual program orientation for new residents. - Manage the accreditation process for the training programs. - Commits to memory the ACGME common program and specialty-specific accreditation requirements. - Applies state/federal regulations and provides documentation to suppo...
