As our Aquatics Manager, your number one purpose is to assist in creating a fun and professional environment, one that will provide our customers and swimmers with a fantastic learning experience! You will work closely with the franchise owner and our swim instructors to help shape our school’s culture and commitment to running a premier swim program. In addition, you will play a big role in helping recruit new customers to the school and building retention to keep them with us! To start, this will be a part-time position with a strong possibility of moving to a full-time position as we continue to grow and develop. Working flexible hours, including a regular weekend day and evenings will be necessary along with visiting multiple pool locations within the assigned region.
