Job Details Associate Medical Director for Primary Care - Jefferson Medical Group North FTE: 1.0 (0.7 Administrative / 0.3 Clinical) Reports to: SVP / Associate CMO, JMG North Works closely with: JMG North Operations Team Job Description: The Associate Medical Director for Primary Care (AMD-PC) for Jefferson Medical Group (JMG) North is a physician leader responsible for supporting and advancing high-quality, safe, efficient, and patient-centered primary care across the region. This role provides oversight to primary care clinicians within JMG North and ensures alignment with Jefferson’s mission, standards, and strategic priorities. The AMD-PC will allocate 0.7 FTE to administrative leadership and 0.3 FTE to clinical practice , maintaining an active patient-care presence while serving as a trusted, accessible leader for clinicians. The AMD-PC promotes a culture of wellness, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, helping JMG achieve excellence in quality, safety, service, and financial stewardship.
