Job Summary: The Manager Internal Product Development for Workers’ Compensation (USABLE MCO) is responsible for research, development, management and the operation of current and future Workers’ Compensation products including product development, analysis, implementation of market strategies, reporting procedures and services. The incumbent answers to the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission (AWCC) for the USABLE MCO partners and their employees. This position ensures coordination and quality provision of medical and customer service support to vendors, network providers, customers and the AWCC, in addition to compliance with AWCC policies, regulations and reporting requirements. Requirements: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' experience with workers' compensation product management, case management, or related positions will be considered.
