Job Description Main challenge: The Market Analyst reports to the Director of Product Management and aims to assist in the company’s portfolio decisions from high level product strategy to in-game systems. They will analyze various sources of information, often in a creative way, using outside the box methodologies, and provide clear insights and recommendations for our games. What it means on a daily basis - Market insights: Keep the company updated on key market trends and insights - Company Strategy: Support key initiatives in the Product vertical with platform features benchmarks - Internal consultant: Assist game teams with ad-hoc analyses and recommendations - Competitive benchmarks: Proactively study new game systems and asses their performance - Key Insights Stakeholder: Use different sources and creative methods to produce reliable insights for decisions, even when the available data is limited or unclear. What success will look like: At 3 months, success means being able to provide direct recommendations based on the research conducted for ongoing projects.
